As a resident I would like to thank Carlsbad for having our laundry mat at Keys West renovated. It is much nicer and the new machines work even better.

She made me feel welcome and she really went above and beyond, giving me all the information that I needed. She is the kind of person that any employer would be lucky to have.

I'd like to recognize Bill for really WOWing me. Two weeks ago I had a bad backup problem in my apartment at 3 AM. He responded to my emergency within 15 minutes of our phone call. He had the plumber and the carpet people at our house within minutes of him getting here. The whole incident was over and they were all gone within 30 minutes. He was very nice and the people who were with him were very nice also (remember it was 3 AM). I am so happy to see that when something happens you have the most friendly and professional maintenance staff I have ever encountered. I have lived here for about a year and Bill is the best maintenance person I have ever dealt with. I would like to thank Bill for helping us out before the flooding in our house destroyed our property. He had the plumber and carpet company on their way at the same time he was. Great Job!!!!
