We have managed more than 2500 units and have over 80 years of combined experience. It is our team’s goal to provide professional and outstanding service to our customers in conjunction with increasing value in each asset we manage.
We are a multi-generational family company with experience in the multi-family industry, self-storage facility management, ownership of apartments, and property development.
We have 2 past Presidents and 1 current President of The Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma within our leadership team.
The operation of Carlsbad began in January 2008, and it has been our vision to build our company focusing on creating lasting value in multi-family assets, offer professional management services to other investors, and develop new apartment communities throughout Oklahoma.
